| Notes | 1. Upon request, the vendor shall be capable of providing simple box sales, up to a complete, turnkey (Design–Furnish Install) end-to-end solution, including: • System design and engineering Equipment procurement and staging Installation and configuration of ACC/ACM hardware and software Testing and commissioning Training and documentation • As-built drawings and configurations Camera placement plans (coverage maps) Network and bandwidth assessment Storage calculations (based on retention policy) Stamped drawings (if required by district/state) Furnishing (supply of all equipment required for a complete system) • Ensure all components are new, manufacturer-authorized, and full warranty coverage Handle logistics, staging, and asset tracking. 2. Vendor shall provide: Licensed and certified technicians All low-voltage cabling and terminations and/or use TSD authorized low voltage contractors Mounting, aiming, and labeling of cameras Door hardware installation and electrification Integration with existing infrastructure (auto openers, roll down doors, gates, elevators) 3.
