PNM-9031RV (180°), SQ-PNVA9081R (4K, vandal, 4–10mm motorized zoom, IR, analytics, IP67), 15MP IR panoramic vandal dome (4.3mm fixed). Lot 3: Western Digital only. WD81PURZ 8TB and WD101PURZ 10TB, 3.5", SATA 6Gb/s, 256MB buffer. Lot 4: mounting accessories (listed models or equal). Lot 5: percent off manufacturer list price (Honeywell, WD, Hanwha, Uniview, others). All cameras must have manufacturer firmware support and be NDAA compliant. Bidders must provide a manufacturer letter proving authorized dealer status. All items must be new. No unapproved substitutes. Other terms: Delivery within 15 business days, delivery included in price. Net 45 payment. Minimum 1-year warranty. 10% SBE/VBE goal. Insurance required (GL $1M/$2M, Auto $1M, Workers' Comp). Required forms: Attachments B, C, D, H (plus E if applicable), litigation list, financials, Local Business Tax Receipt, insurance certificate. Cone of Silence applies. Federal terms (Attachment G) apply if federal funds are used. |
