Lawrence Convention Center. The bidder follows building rules and ensures labor harmony. Items: 1 Dell Genetec-compatible workstation. 3 ballroom replacements (Hanwha XNV-6084R). The old Panasonic units are removed and existing cabling is reused. 4 new rooftop cameras (2 East, 2 West Penthouse, Hanwha XNV-6084R). Each location gets a DITEK DTIK-MRJPOES PoE surge protector with a grounding clamp, and 2 one-year Genetec licenses bought from Dagastino. Add/alternates A1–A5: 2 × Hanwha PNM-A13022RV and 3 × PNM-C12083RVD dual-head, reusing existing cable. Responsibilities: Mounting hardware, patch cables or hi-PoE injectors, labeling of cabling in the security rack, programming each camera with an owner-provided IP address, and owner acceptance of views. Brand: Hanwha. Approved alternates are accepted, but quote the specified camera and line-item each section (camera, labor, misc.). Warranty: 5 years on cameras. 1 year on labor, installations and other equipment. Dates: Walkthrough (non-mandatory): 10/26/2026, 11 AM, East Lobby. Questions due: 10/29/2026, 12 PM, to Steve Morrison (procurement@pgh-sea.com). Responses issued: 10/30/2026. Quotes due: 11/03/2026, 12 PM. Anticipated Board approval: 11/12/2026. Work complete: before 12/31/2026. Contract terms: The short-form contract allows Stipulated Sum, Cost-Plus, Unit Price or GMP pricing. Payment is net 45, with 10% retention on construction contracts. Insurance: $1M per occurrence and $1M aggregate, plus a $2M umbrella. Payment and performance bonds are required above $5,000. Act 45 sales tax savings apply. Workmanship guaranty is 1 year. MBE/WBE: Goals are 25% MBE and 10% WBE, with no self-certification. A signed Attachment A and Good Faith Effort documentation must be submitted with the bid, or the bid may be rejected.
