A Bid Bond of 10% of the total bid price (maximum $20,000) and a Consent of Surety are required. Bidders must hold a New Jersey state license for the applicable trade, a Public Works Contractor Registration Certificate, and a Business Registration Certificate, and must provide proof of Hanwha manufacturer certification/training. Prevailing Wage rates apply to the work. |
