| Scope of Work | The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Washington Water Science Center (WAWSC) requires an interim mobile surveillance security solution to enhance site security, protect Federal property, and prevent further damage, theft, or unauthorized access until permanent security infrastructure is fully operational Washington Water Science Center (WAWSC), requires two (2) contractor-owned mobile surveillance security trailer systems and associated monitoring services at the WAWSC Field Services Facility located in Lakewood, Washington. |

| Notes | Camera and Imaging Requirements The following camera and imaging specifications are minimum mandatory requirements: • 360-degree panoramic camera coverage. • Minimum 4K Ultra HD optical stream resolution. • Infrared illumination range of at least 330 feet. • Human detection analytics range of at least 325 feet. • High-resolution horizontal field of view of at least 180 degrees. • Secondary horizontal field of view of approximately 58 degrees, as applicable. • Ability to identify and detect breaches along the facility perimeter. • Real-time alert and customizable notification capability. • Cloud-based image and video storage accessible for a minimum of 90 days. • Secure remote system access and control from smartphone and/or laptop devices. • Integrated strobe lighting and flood lighting for deterrence purposes. • Surveillance monitoring services provided by the Contractor or an authorized third-party monitoring provider. Offerors may propose an equivalent technical solution provided the proposed system meets or exceeds the intended surveillance, monitoring, and security performance requirements identified in this Statement of Work. Quotes shall remain valid for a minimum of 60 calendar days after the RFQ closing date Deliver two mobile surveillance security trailer units to the WAWSC Field Services Facility. • Install and position each unit to support monitoring of building entrances, vehicle bays, perimeter areas, and other critical access points. • Configure, test, and demonstrate full system functionality before Government acceptance. • Provide remote monitoring services by the Contractor or an authorized third-party monitoring provider, being able to contact authorities and Government personnel according to monitoring plan schedule. • Provide maintenance and technical support throughout the period of performance. • Provide training to designated Government personnel. • Remove contractor-owned equipment at contract completion, if applicable. |
