Scope of Work Procure high-performance pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) observational traffic signal cameras for deployment throughout the City\’s traffic management infrastructure.

2. Technical Specifications
_Camera Performance Requirements. The PTZ cameras shall meet or exceed the following
minimum specifications:
a. Image sensor with minimum 2 megapixel resolution capable of delivering 1080p HD
video at 30 frames per second
b. Starlight-level low light sensitivity of 0.0077 lux or better in color mode
c. Optical zoom capability of minimum 30x with digital zoom enhancement
d. Pan range of 360 degrees continuous rotation
e. Tilt range of -90 to +20 degrees minimum
f. Preset positioning accuracy within 0.1 degrees
g. Variable speed control from 0.1 to 400 degrees per second for pan operations
h. Day/night functionality with automatic IR cut filter
i. Wide dynamic range of 120 dB or greater
j. Signal-to-noise ratio exceeding 50 dB
_Environmental and Physical Requirements. All camera units shall demonstrate compliance
with the following environmental standards:
a. Operating temperature range of -40°F to +140°F
b. IP66 or higher ingress protection rating for outdoor deployment
c. IK10 vandal resistance rating
d. Humidity tolerance up to 95% non-condensing
e. Wind load resistance up to 100 mph sustained winds
f. Corrosion-resistant housing suitable for roadside environments
g. UV-resistant materials for extended outdoor exposure

3. Evaluation Process
Submitted bids will be evaluated based on the Total Cost detailed on the Bid Schedule.
Additional line items, expenses, surcharges, and references will also be part of the
evaluation. Price is the determining factor for award.

4. Vendor will provide Bosch Starlight Series of Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) observational cameras (or City approved equal) for traffic operations.
