| Scope of Work | YRDSB intends to pre-qualify up to five (5) CCTV Contractors who obtain a minimum technical (capability) score of 80%. If there are less than the number of Contractors who obtain 80% or higher, the Board reserves the right to award to the next highest ranked bidders until the list is complete who do not have a technical score less than 60%. |

| Notes | 1. This Request for Pre-qualification process is intended to solicit responses from CCTV Contractors interested in working on projects with York Region District School Board (YRDSB). Projects may be CCTV Installations and Repairs on an as-required basis. The Board spends approximately $750,000 per year for CCTV Installations and Repairs. 2. Through the pre-qualification process YRDSB is seeking to identify those CCTV Contractors who are able to clearly demonstrate, to the satisfaction of YRDSB. a full range of technical and managerial skills, required to deliver a quality service within well-defined parameters of scope time and cost; an exemplary track record of projects in a school environment or other environments that have complicated operational parameters: a comprehensive team with the relevant skills, focus, experience and dedication necessary to deliver projects effectively and efficiently per category. 3. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. 4. There are approximately 233 locations in the York Region District School Board 5. A MANDATORY virtual meeting will be held for this pre-qualification to help familiarize Proponents with the Facilities and service required. Meeting on May 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Proponents MUST REGISTER on the bidding system by May 11, 2026 at 11:59:00pm local time in order to attend the MANDATORY virtual meeting. |
