| Scope of Work | Provide, install, configure, and support eight (8) fixed License Plate Recognition (LPR) camera systems comparable to Flock Safety technology. The system will be used to enhance public safety, criminal investigations, traffic monitoring, and situational awareness throughout Burke County. |

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • High-resolution day/night imaging • 24/7 operation in all weather conditions • Detection of vehicles traveling in either direction • Secure cloud-hosted platform with role-based access controls • Search capability by plate, vehicle characteristics, date, and time • CJIS-compliant security standards • Encrypted data storage and transmission • Minimum 99% system uptime 3. Vendors shall provide: • Company qualifications and law enforcement experience • Three law enforcement references • Technical specifications and system description • Installation timeline and implementation plan • Complete pricing, including equipment, installation, subscription, maintenance, and support costs • Warranty and support information 4.
