Parking Lot Security Monitoring

2. The term is for 12 months with an option to renew an additional 12 months.
– Install security cameras at parking lot located at 2100 Travis St. Houston, TX 77002.
– Provide live monitoring of the parking lot during non-business hours.
– Monday – Friday 6:00 pm – 6:00 am (18:00 – 06:00)
– Saturday, Sunday and City holidays – 24 hours
– Alert the Houston Police Department and the Housing and Community Development
Department when break-ins occur in real time.
– Alert the Housing and Community Development Department when suspicious activity
occurs.

3. If there are discrepancies in the specifications, the Contractor shall ask for a clarification from the City prior to bid opening.

4. All prospective bidders are encouraged to arrange and attend a site visit to clarify the
actual scope of work to be done. Failure of a bidder to arrange and attend a site visit
shall not constitute grounds for later claim against the City.

6. The Contractor shall complete this contract within thirty (30) calendar days from date
given notice to proceed. All work is to be performed during normal business hours.

7. Award for Procurement of $100,000 or More for Purchase of Non-Professional Services.
