| Scope of Work | The purpose and intent of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive security system upgrades including Access Control, Video Surveillance, and Wireless Duress Systems for the Durham County Administration Building I as part of the Emergency Egress Door Improvements project. |

An electronic copy of this Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained from Durham County’s eBid System located under Bid Opportunities at https://dconc.gov/Finance/Purchasing/Bid-Opportunities. 2. Security Contractor Schedule Submission: In alignment with County requirements the Security Contractor shall submit a detailed Project Schedule within ten (10) days from award. The schedule shall include: - Major milestones - Installation phases - Programming and commissioning phases - Coordination checkpoints with the GC - Dates for training, walkthroughs, testing, and documentation delivery 3. Provide Axis cameras, NVR, Cat6 cabling, surge protection, programming, aiming. 4.
