| Notes | Union Station and the 29th Street Campus currently operate legacy IP-based surveillance systems which have reached end-of-life and will be removed and replaced under this project. The 925 Broadway Campus does not currently have a system in place. The purpose of this project is to deter theft and vandalism, reduce liability, and enhance overall safety and security for TARC staff, customers, facilities, and fleet assets. The solicitation will be posted here on the TARC procurement listings portal: https://tarc.bonfirehub.com/portal, as well as at Transit Talent www.TransitTalent.com. Your company is hereby invited to submit to TARC, Procurement Department, a proposal for such solution. The overall objective is for TARC to select a Contractor or Contractors for such service solutions as described in Section 3 Scope of Work and Services. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 17, 2026, at Transit Authority of River City (TARC) Administration Offices located in the Union Station 1000 W. Broadway, Louisville, KY 40203. All Contractor(s) are highly encouraged to attend; however, your attendance is not mandatory. Please refer to Section 1.3 Solicitation Schedule for additional important and critical dates for planning purposes. The solicitation document may be obtained from TARC Procurement Department webpage at https://tarc.bonfirehub.com/portal. You must be a registered user of the site in order to download the document. TARC reserve the right to cancel any and all solicitations and to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals when it is for the good cause and in the best interest of TARC. |
