| Scope of Work | Supply, delivery, installation and configuration of Hanwha Vision IP CCTV cameras and related equipment (NVR, PoE switches, racks, UPS, cabling, fiber adapters, etc.) at three park locations. Two sites are additions to existing Wisenet Wave systems; one site is a complete new installation. Minimum 4 MP cameras (5 MP models specified), 60-day full recording, perpetual Wisenet Wave licenses, ONVIF-S, private network only. No access control. Prevailing Wage and Public Works Contractor Registration required. |

| Notes | View NotesThis is a Request for Bid (Contract #13-26 RE-BID) issued by the Morris County Park Commission for the installation and upgrade of pure IP-based CCTV surveillance systems at three locations. Only Hanwha Vision hardware and Wisenet Wave software are specified. Cameras must be at least 4 MP (examples given are 5 MP models such as QNO-C8083R, QND-C8083R, QNV-C8083R and PNM-9022RV). 60 days of continuous recording is required. The system must operate exclusively on the internal Park Commission network with no public/cloud/internet access. No access control, analog, TVI, coax, XVR, hybrid NVR or CJIS requirements are included. Questions are due October 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM; bids are due November 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Contract period is 60 days (December 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027). Prevailing Wage and New Jersey Public Works Contractor Registration are mandatory. 1.
