Scope of WorkProposal for IP Surveillance solutions to be offered as a service by the Western New York Regional Information Center (WNYRIC), with offices at Erie 1 BOCES, for their regional school districts.

Notes1. Service includes, but is not limited to the following:
Troubleshooting
Installation cost of replacing failed cameras
Cleaning / Focusing / Adjusting
Firmware updates
Configuration
RMA if under Warranty (Loaner of equal quality should be installed while original camera is out for
repair)
4-hour response from notification / 24-hour response to district / 48-hour resolution (unless RMA is
needed.)

2. Maximum 150 cameras per recording server.

3. New camera models/manufacturers need to be approved by the WNYRIC before considering installation and be provided at current contract pricing. WNYRIC reserves the right to approve or disapprove of camera brands and models based on feedback, quality, ratings, etc.

4. Vendor must provide an SLA for camera, intercom and video management software issues.

5. Maps with camera placement will be included as part of the Server Monitoring Service. The vendor will implement, manage, and update maps when replacement/new installations are completed.

6. The proposals will be evaluated by using (but not limited to) the following criteria: unit and overall pricing, adherence to specifications, warranties, employees and support personnel, known vendor performance history in the implementation, maintenance, and service level of same or similar proposal(s) current and past vendor financial status, vendor webinar and customer references.
