| Scope of Work | Klamath Falls Field Office of the Lakeview District Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requires upgrade and installation of a security camera system at three facilities that meet current Department of the Interior (DOI) Physical Security Standards. The system must provide high-quality video surveillance, including nighttime visibility, and allow remote access for monitoring and evidence capture. The system shall utilize existing infrastructure and placement as much as possible to decrease cost. The intent of this contract is to replace, install, and configure a security system for the BLM Klamath Falls Field Office, ensuring coverage of critical areas and compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. General Requirements listed below specify equipment and installation for a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) System. |

| Notes | CCTV systems shall meet the requirements of the Department of Interior’s Manual 444, Chapter 3, Closed Circuit Television. Contractor shall provide a CCTV system that includes cameras with the ability to point, tilt, zoom and, as applicable for the location requirements, view 180 degrees and 360 degrees. Video surveillance warning signage is not required by the contractor. Installation shall be completed within 120 business days of contract award. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Performance work is expected to occur during office hours. Any additional work or adjustments will be mutually agreed upon by the Contracting Officer (or appointed representative) and the Contractor prior to performance. Location and Description Security cameras will be installed at the following locations: • Main Office Building (exterior) and ware yard 2795 Anderson Avenue, 25, Klamath Falls, OR 97603 • Fire Building (exterior) 2795 Anderson Avenue, Bldg. 200, Klamath Falls, OR 97603 • Seed Cooler (exterior) 6610 Washburn Way, Klamath Falls, OR 97603 The contractor shall ensure optimal placement for maximum coverage and minimal blind spots |
