| Scope of Work | Remove old analog cameras and cabling (up to the building structure) and install Axis M-series (or newer/equivalent) IP cameras at three high schools. Cameras are added to the NEISD Genetec system with 5-year licenses, installed by a certified Genetec technician. Includes SSD card (64GB min, failover recording), Cat 6A cabling per NEISD SCIS, two Cat 6A jacks per location, surface mount box and bracket, patch cords, patch panels, as-builts (DWG and PDF), Excel camera list and warranty documents. Work is done 4–10 PM CT, outside instruction time. TX DPS fingerprinting is required for all personnel. Includes unit pricing for added cameras. |

Questions due 11/2 at 8 AM CT, in Ionwave only. Response due 11/9/2026 at 9 AM CT. Scope: Remove analog cameras and their cabling up to the building structure; old cameras go to NEISD staff. Install Axis M-series or newer (or equivalent) IP cameras with 5-year Genetec licenses, installed by a certified Genetec technician. The campus must be completed before the next begins. Per camera: A 64GB or larger SSD card with failover. Cat 6A cable and two blue jacks. Surface mount box and bracket. A 3 ft yellow patch cord and patch panels as needed. All work follows the NEISD SCIS standards. Work rules: Work is 4–10 PM CT, never during instruction time. Weekend and holiday work needs approval. All personnel must be cleared through TX DPS fingerprinting. Documents: As-built plans (DWG and PDF), an Excel camera list, warranty terms and provider for cameras and cabling. Default accounts must be removed, and admin passwords must be random 12-character. Pricing: Lump sum per campus for the recommended product. Alternate pricing is optional per campus. Also give days to complete per campus, unit prices (single, 180° and 360° cameras), cost per foot of cabling, wall penetration, and hardware/licensing. Attachments: Proof of insurance, HB 1295, CIQ, notarized Hold Harmless, warranty information, fingerprinting packet, vendor inquiry form and W-9. The SB 571 affidavit is optional. Insurance: CGL $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate. Auto $1M. Workers’ comp at statutory limits. Employer’s liability $1M. Professional $1M. Sexual misconduct $1M. Crime $1M. Umbrella follows form. |
