| Notes | 1. The Vendor shall schedule a site visit with TCHC Office to provide: - Clear description of the change - The reason for the change - The impact of the change to the project including scope, cost, and time 2.The roster vendor is responsible (via vendor resources, system integrators, subcontractors, applicable trades, or sub trades) for installing, expanding, modifying, integrating and/or replacing/removing per scope of work, analog and digital IP cameras, and any associated CCTV system components including but not limited to the following items listed below, throughout the TCHC portfolio at approved locations through corresponding Capital project initiatives per TCHC’s standards and specifications. 3. Prior to entering into the Roster Framework Agreement as a condition of award, if a new Vendor or a Vendor who has not provided previous services to TCHC, TCHC reserves the right to request three (3) references after receiving their Proposal. Failure to provide the references will result in disqualification. TCHC will review the references, and any concerns raised by the references could also lead to disqualification. 4. The vendor is responsible for supplying the remaining materials/equipment and labour in accordance with the requirements established within the scope of work of each independent request for quote (RFQ). |
