The successful supplier must provide Civida with full administrative access to all installed systems, including but not limited to: - Network Video Recorders (NVRs) - IP based cameras - Video management systems (VMS) 2. Civida is seeking one (1) qualified supplier to provide maintenance, supply and installation services for its security camera systems and may include but are not limited to the following activities: . Security Camera Systems maintenance support, troubleshooting and repair services. . Security Camera Systems consulting services. . Hardware, material and software supply, installations and upgrades. . Connectivity troubleshooting and corrective actions. . Software configuration, programming, and updates. .
