| Notes | 1. 10 new cameras. 2. Work Assignments (1) Riviera Apartments a. Install new or replacement cameras b. Provide coverage of parking lots, exteriors, and common areas c. Install wiring, mounts, and network infrastructure (2) Administrative Office a. Replace Network Video Recorder (NVR) b. Ensure compatibility with existing cameras c. Configure and test the system 3. Vendors shall base their proposals on Exhibit A – Camera Locations. The system shall: a. Support cloud-based or hybrid architecture b. Use open protocols (RTSP / HTTPS) c. Provide secure remote access d. Include user access controls and audit logs e. Allow API or third-party integration f. Avoid restrictive proprietary systems 4. Any deviations must be clearly identified in the proposal. 5. The successful proposer will conduct a site assessment and coordinate with AHA’s consultant or staff to identify critical coverage areas (see Exhibit A- Camera Location). 6. The proposal shall clearly identify a comprehensive camera layout, supporting infrastructure, and system architecture that optimizes coverage, image quality, reliability, and overall system performance. 7. All proposals to be submitted online as a PDF document uploaded as part of the online form: QSP# AHA-2026-005 proposal submission opens on May 1, 2026, and closes/deadline on May 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM Central. 8.
