3. Any questions regarding City of San Francisco requirements must be presented before the quote date.

4. General Notes:
a. Installations may involve a wireless connection which may require a license from the FCC to boost the signal. Bidders are required to have previously obtained this license and shall submit a list with references of previous projects where the license was obtained.
b. IP Cameras must be compatible with ExacqVision Enterprise VMS system
c. San Francisco Recreation and Parks IT Department to provide IP addresses for all cameras.
d. Contractor is to use extreme caution while driving vehicles inside park, especially around children’s playgrounds. Maximum speed on all park paths shall be 5 MPH.
e. Contractor responsible for obtaining permits and inspections as needed.
f. Temporary street parking shall be arranged with SFMTA at least 3 weeks before construction.
g. Green Halo: The City uses GreenHalo to report waste recovery. All contractors and subcontractors are required to submit trucking slips, waste diversion plan and all forms for meeting San Francisco’s Mandatory Recycling and Compost Ordinance on https://www.greenhalosystems.com/. This ordinance requires 75% diversion from landfills.
