| Notes | 1. The 142d Wing, Portland Air National Guard Base intends to sole source the delivery and installation of an IDS, ACS and CCTV system. 2. This system will enhance security for the Alert Control Area; controlling and restricting access to PL3 resources. 3. Contractor will perform full turnkey installation of all components as depicted and described in the Performance Work Statement, to include items in the quote Bill of Materials, Field Equipment Schedule, and Advantor Design Concept Drawings. 4. Advantor Systems is the sole source for Advantor manufactured systems and components, as well as the sole source for manufacturer-certified installation and training. Their equipment and technical information is 5. proprietary in nature and specific to the original equipment manufacturer. 6. Advantor only sells direct to end users, and does not sell their products through other distribution channels. Additionally, the new system will need to tie in and function with the existing Advantor systems currently in use at the 142d Wing. |
