| Scope of Work | The College currently operates multiple legacy, on-premises security systems across its campuses. These systems are outdated, incompatible with one another, and do not provide the unified visibility or reliability required to adequately secure College facilities, personnel, and students. This RFP seeks proposals from qualified vendors to replace all existing systems with a single, integrated, cloud-managed platform covering video surveillance cameras, door access control, and credential-based badging across all campuses and associated parking areas. |

| Notes | 1. Total cameras to be replaced in 6 locations: 29+20+26+13+49+5=142 2. The scope of work includes: a. Removal and disposal of all existing security cameras, access control hardware, cabling, and associated equipment in accordance with applicable state and federal guidelines. b. Supply and installation of a new unified video surveillance system at all campus buildings and parking areas as described in Exhibit 2. c. Supply and installation of a new door access control and badging system at all campus buildings as described in Exhibit 2. d. Configuration of the system under a single cloud-based management platform accessible via web interface and mobile application by authorized College personnel. e. Configuration of role-based access permissions allowing IT and Facilities staff to serve as primary system administrators, with the ability to delegate access to specific cameras or doors to other designated College personnel. f. Supply, installation, and configuration of cameras covering all campus parking areas and access roads. Due to the challenges of network connectivity in these areas, vendors must include in their proposals a recommended solution for network connectivity, which may include wireless bridges, cellular-based connectivity, or other suitable technology. Vendors should note that power may be available via existing light poles in parking areas. g. All products offered shall be new. No refurbished equipment will be accepted. h.
