| Notes | View NotesSecurity System Restoration: Design, supply, installation, configuration, programming, training, commissioning and testing of a new IP-based CCTV system at a federal site (CBSA, Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle, QC). Scope: 276 IP cameras (including 9 PTZ), 5 servers (1 VMS, 3 recording, 1 failover), 2 core switches, 6 edge switch solutions, 18 viewing stations, 31 4K monitors, 3 joysticks, GPS NTP server, power management, and Genetec Security Center Omnicast Enterprise licenses. No access control is included; coordinate camera locations with the separate access control contractor. Isolated network with no internet. Minimum 30 days retention (650 TB) and 5 days failover (109 TB). Recording 24/7 at 20 fps. Wireless-capable cameras are disqualified. Mandatory criteria: 2 projects of more than 100 cameras in the last 5 years, BSP agency permit, Genetec SC-OTC-002 certified resource, Cisco multicast (or equivalent) certified programmer, and a commitment letter for on-site presence. Security: DOS and Document Safeguarding at PROTECTED B, Reliability Status for personnel, and a supply chain security (SCSI) list at closing. Price: Firm fixed price plus as-and-when portions: materials $75,000 base with markup %, and labour hours (40 senior programmer, 40 assistant programmer, 150 technician, 20 superintendent). Lowest evaluated price wins. Term until Mar 31, 2028; 18 months, 3 phases. 1-year warranty with 16 hours of support, 4 on-site visits and 24/7 service. Only Canadian suppliers or applicable trading partners are eligible. |
