| Notes | Modernization Initiative The modernization initiative will include the following components: Security Infrastructure Upgrades • Replacement and upgrade of aging security camera systems and surveillance hardware. • Replacement and upgrade of monitoring and video recording equipment. • Modernization of intrusion detection and alarm systems. Communications Modernization • Migration of approximately 135 locations from legacy POTS-based alarm communications to Flex IP panels. Technology Standardization and Integration • Standardization of surveillance, intrusion detection, and monitoring technologies across all locations. • Improved integration between surveillance, alarm, and monitoring systems. • Consolidation of equipment standards, software platforms, and support processes where practical. CAMERA TYPES (INTERIOR) Vendor shall support multiple camera form factors, including: Dome (360) cameras Bullet cameras Fisheye cameras Multi-sensor cameras Height Strip cameras CAMERA TYPES (EXTERIOR) Cameras deployed in exposed or outdoor environments shall support: IP66 or higher weather rating IK-rated vandal resistance where appropriate |
