The selected vendor shall provide a turnkey solution including: • cameras, • mounting hardware, • recording infrastructure, • software licensing, • network connectivity requirements, • installation labor, • configuration, • testing, • commissioning, • documentation, • training, • warranty, • preventative maintenance, • and long-term support services. 2. Outdoor camera locations shall be organized and coordinated by: b) building, c) parking lot, d) roadway, e) entry point, f) or designated campus zone. 3. During the mandatory site visit, OPSU will provide: g) building maps, h) proposed camera placement areas, i) MDF/IDF closet references, j) and available network infrastructure details. |
