| Scope of Work | Montgomery County seeks proposals from qualified firms to furnish, install and commission a complete intersection video surveillance system for the Sheriff’s Office. The system will give authorized personnel live and recorded views of selected intersections, including areas identified by the Sheriff’s Office as prone to crashes and where camera access is currently unavailable. It will support assessment of roadway conditions, incident and crash review, and emergency response. |

| Notes | View NotesMontgomery County (NY) Sheriff's Office seeks a complete, installed intersection video system at 5 roadway intersections (15 directional views). Contractor supplies and installs everything: cameras, mounts, recorders, storage, LTE routers/antennas, power, cabling, licenses, permits, testing and training. No access control. Vendor-neutral on brand, but all views must integrate into the County's existing Turing Vision software (Turing trailer, TR-MRP042T-B recorder, Turing Bridge); ONVIF alone is not sufficient and integration must be demonstrated in the County's environment. Design basis: 7 × 8MP IR fixed turret cameras (2.8mm) and 2 multisensor cameras with 4 × 5MP sensors and remote zoom; equivalent or better accepted. Minimum: 15 fps per view, IP66, -30 to +50 °C, low light, WDR, IR or equivalent night imaging, ONVIF Profile T (and G where applicable). Recording: at least 30 days of motion recording at 15 fps (continuous recording priced as an option), 4 TB per site as design basis, local recording during cellular outages, at least 5 simultaneous viewers. Security: encrypted remote access, role-based accounts, MFA where supported, audit logs, privacy masking; County owns all data. Excluded: Flock, ALPR/LPR, plate indexing, facial recognition, audio recording (certification required). Not mentioned: XVR, hybrid NVR, TVI, analog, coax, CJIS. Cloud not required but disclosure needed if used. Warranty: 1 year parts and labor; optional maintenance years 2-5; 36 months of software licenses in base price; operator and admin training. Evaluation is not price-only (coverage/image quality, verified integration, security, experience, schedule, support, total cost).
