Scope of Work1-year contract (plus two 1-year options) for maintenance, support, repair, and Genetec Security Center 5.14 software support of RTA's existing security system (about 330 Axis IP cameras, 147 access-controlled doors, Morse Watchman key control). Includes quarterly preventive maintenance, emergency service (max 8-hour response), and as-needed T&M installation of cameras, readers, strikes, REX devices, conduit and cabling. Genetec certification required. Hikvision/Dahua/Huawei/ZTE/Hytera equipment prohibited.

This is a maintenance, support and repair contract for RTA's existing security system. It is NOT a camera purchase. Cameras are installed only as needed under Time & Materials (T&M), and no minimum quantity is guaranteed.

Scope:
Genetec Security Center 5.14 software support and license renewal coordination
Quarterly preventive maintenance of cameras, readers, access control and Morse Watchman key control
Annual access control panel and UPS testing
Emergency response within 8 hours
As-needed T&M work: install Axis cameras (RTA-furnished or contractor-furnished), readers, strikes, REX devices, conduit (3/4" and 1" EMT) and Cat cable
Equipment: About 330 Axis IP cameras and 147 access-controlled doors. Brand is Axis (or approved equal). No minimum resolution is specified, but equipment must be compatible with Genetec. Hikvision, Dahua, Hytera, Huawei and ZTE are prohibited.
Contract: 12 months plus two 1-year options (max 36 months). Fixed price. Awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. DBE goal is 0%.

Insurance and a 1-year warranty

Action items: Confirm we hold a Genetec certification. Ask in Q&A about the response-time mismatch between the Scope (8 hrs emergency) and the Bid Form (2 hrs emergency), and about camera resolution specs. Review the General Terms and Conditions (insurance).
