CASE Security Cameras Catalog 2027 Q1: New SKUs and Models Not to Quote

What installers and dealers need from the CASE Catalog 2027 Q1: the new SKUs and their printed specs, the legacy models that must not appear in a quote, how to spell a SKU and which document wins.

By Anabon Security Inc. — Technical Support · 9 min read · For installers, integrators and dealers

Quick answer: The CASE Catalog 2027 Q1 supersedes the 2026 Q3 and Q2 editions. It adds the CS-I8WS SD-2.8mm and CS-I8US I-2.7-13.5mm white-light bullets and the CS-VIK 27 video intercom kit among its new SKUs, and it removed no SKU. Models dropped in earlier editions are never quoted. Write every line in full catalog spelling with the series letter, and check the SKU spec sheet before you quote, because the spec sheet wins over the catalog and the catalog wins over website copy.

What changed in the CASE security cameras catalog 2027 Q1?

Every catalog edition is a reason to open your saved quotes, camera schedule templates and bills of materials. The 2027 Q1 edition is the current authority for CASE product data; the 2026 Q3 and Q2 editions are archived and should not be used for new work. The changes that matter on a quote:

  • New SKUs: two white-light 8MP bullets and a video intercom kit, covered below. The edition also adds CASE WiFi cameras, which are sold through the channel only; ask Anabon before quoting any WiFi model.
  • No SKU removed: 2027 Q1 itself removed no product. The legacy list below comes from earlier editions and still applies.
  • NVR pages unchanged: the NVR rows are the same as in the previous edition.
  • Labels and values that moved: the CS-P24S 23X is labeled Sharp (the 2026 Q3 edition labeled it Intelligent), and the CS-I8TS I-2.7-13.5mm prints 0.002 Lux minimum illumination (the 2026 Q3 edition printed 0.003). Values of current products can change between editions, so check the spec sheet before printing a figure or a series badge.
  • Section moves: the CS-I5LQ I-T-4mm bi-spectrum thermal bullet now sits in the Thermal Solutions section; it keeps the CS- prefix and remains a CASE camera, not a Project Series item.
  • Software names: CASE Connect, on mobile and on the web, is the main CASE software and the only app name to use. CASE Station is the current name of the desktop VMS; older documents may still show a legacy name.

Which new SKUs should you know?

The table lists the new 2027 Q1 camera and intercom SKUs with the rows the catalog prints for them. Quote only these rows until you have the spec sheet in hand.

SKU What it is Printed rows
CS-I8WS SD-2.8mm 8MP fixed metal bullet with white light, Sharp series 2.8mm fixed lens; 3840×2160@20fps; 164 ft (50 m) IR; 49 ft (15 m) white light; 0.002 Lux; 120dB WDR; IP67; Metal housing; 512 GB slot; built-in microphone; S+265; −31 °F to 149 °F (−35 °C to 65 °C); Human & Vehicle Classification, Tripwire, Perimeter
CS-I8US I-2.7-13.5mm 8MP varifocal AI bullet with white light, Intelligent series 2.7mm – 13.5mm lens; 3840×2160@30fps; 262 ft (80 m) IR; 98 ft (30 m) white light (printed for this variant only); 0.002 Lux; 120dB True WDR; IP67; Metal housing; audio I/O 1/1; alarm I/O 2/1; 512 GB slot; −31 °F to 149 °F (−35 °C to 65 °C); extended AI list including non-motor-vehicle and pet classification, people counting and safety-helmet detection
CS-VIK 27 Video intercom kit: outdoor panel plus 7″ indoor monitor; no series label printed Panel: 2MP camera; 110° horizontal / 127° diagonal; RFID 13.56 MHz / 125 kHz; 2 relay outputs; Wiegand + RS485; IP65 / IK08; −40 °F to 131 °F (−40 °C to 55 °C). Monitor: 7″ TFT, 1024 × 600; Wi-Fi + Ethernet; PoE; MicroSD support; 8 alarm zones; 14+ languages; 14 °F to 131 °F (−10 °C to 55 °C)

CS-I8WS SD-2.8mm: one letter, one white light

The CS-I8WS SD-2.8mm sits beside the CS-I8WS S-2.8mm, and the single letter D is the difference you quote. The S version prints white light N/A and −40 °F to 149 °F (−40 °C to 65 °C); the SD version prints 49 ft (15 m) white light and −31 °F to 149 °F (−35 °C to 65 °C). For a northern site where the cold rating decides, the S version is the one to check; where color detail at night matters and the site stays above −31 °F (−35 °C), the SD version is the one to check. Low-light and full-color behavior is stated per SKU on the specification sheet and should be confirmed for the site.

CS-I8US I-2.7-13.5mm: the white-light variant of the CS-I8TS I-2.7-13.5mm

The CS-I8US I-2.7-13.5mm is printed only as a variant on the CS-I8TS I-2.7-13.5mm page. The 98 ft (30 m) white-light row is marked as applying to the white-light variant only, so never write a white-light figure for the CS-I8TS I-2.7-13.5mm. Confirm any night-color feature wording for the CS-I8US I-2.7-13.5mm on its spec sheet before it goes into a proposal.

CS-VIK 27: a kit for gates and entrances

The CS-VIK 27 is aimed at gate, door-entry and multi-tenant work, where the relay outputs, Wiegand and RS485 rows decide the wiring plan; see CS-VIK 27: Video Intercom Kit. Three cautions: the catalog prints no app name or app function for the kit, so make no app claim without the spec sheet; no series label is printed; and the warranty term for the kit is confirmed by Anabon per the spec sheet, so do not write a term until you have it.

Also in the catalog for small sites

The CS-N105 P4H-AI is the small-site AI NVR: 5CH, 4 PoE ports, 100Mbps / 80Mbps bandwidth, 16MP recording, HDMI and VGA outputs (simultaneous), up to 10 TB per HDD, AI by NVR and VCA Search, as printed. It is not a 2027 Q1 addition, but it belongs on any small-site shortlist.

Which legacy models should you never quote?

These models are not offered. They must not appear in new quotes, camera schedules, product pages, feeds or bid responses. If a specification, an old quote or a customer’s as-built names one, use the current catalog SKU listed beside it as the starting point and compare the printed rows, because the values are not identical.

CS-I5XS L-2.8mm, CS-I5XS S-2.8mm CS-I5XS SD-2.8mm
CS-I4UN L-2.8-12mm CS-I4US L-2.8-12mm

CS-N880 NHC CS-N880 N
CS-P34S WIFI-4mm Ask Anabon before quoting any WiFi model

Two active products sit outside the catalog: the CS-MS2000 management server and the CSP-I4LQ I-LPR-8-32mm LPR camera. Both are quoted from the spec sheet only, and LPR performance is confirmed per project with the site conditions; the CSP-I4LQ I-LPR-8-32mm is a Project Series item, so availability, certificates, lead time and warranty term are confirmed in writing per project.

How do you spell a CASE SKU correctly?

A single letter in a CASE SKU can change the series, the housing and the specs. The CS-I5XS SD-2.8mm prints Metal+Plastic housing and the CS-I8XS SD-2.8mm prints Metal. The CS-I8XQ I-2.8mm prints 98 ft (30 m) IR, 49 to 66 ft (15 to 20 m) white light and a 512 GB slot; the CS-I8XQ II-2.8mm prints 164 ft (50 m) IR, 98 ft (30 m) white light and a 1 TB slot. Read the code like this:

Part Meaning
CS- / CSP- Catalog line / CASE Project Series (project-quoted)
I / P / N after the prefix Fixed IP camera / PTZ, speed dome or pan-tilt / NVR
NVR number Channel count: N105 is 5 channels, N880 is 80 channels
L Value series
S / SD Sharp series; D marks the white-light variant
I / II Intelligent series / Intelligent second generation
T, EX, EXT Thermal channel, explosion-proof, explosion-proof with thermal
180, X / XA Dual-lens panoramic; optical zoom
Lens suffix Fixed lens (2.8mm) or varifocal range (2.7-13.5mm); always part of the SKU

The letter N is not a reliable series marker: it is Sharp on some models and Value on others, so read the series label on the page, not the letter. A product page or an older document may show a different spelling; the 2027 Q1 catalog spelling is the one for quotes, schedules and bids.

Where do you get spec sheets, and which source wins?

The order of authority is fixed: the SKU spec sheet, then the catalog, then website copy. Where they disagree, the spec sheet wins, and the disagreement is worth reporting.

  • Check the Download page on anabon.com for the published documents.
  • Ask Anabon for the current spec sheet of every SKU you are about to quote, through your business account or Technical Support.
  • Keep the revision date of each spec sheet in your job folder, next to the camera schedule.
  • For compliance-sensitive bids, request the per-SKU documentation at the same time. CASE offers NDAA-compliant options for compliance-sensitive projects. Anabon confirms the exact products and provides the official compliance documentation for each project.
  • For CSP- items, availability, certificates, lead time and warranty term are confirmed in writing per project.

How do you keep your quotes current each edition?

  1. Search your quote templates, schedules and saved bills of materials for every legacy model in the table above.
  2. Rewrite every line in full catalog spelling, including the series letter and the lens.
  3. Re-check the printed rows you quote most often against the new edition and the spec sheet.
  4. Update the warranty line by category: CASE cameras and CASE NVRs carry a 6-year warranty. CASE PTZ cameras carry a 3-year warranty. CASE accessories carry unlimited warranty. Hard drives are supported through back-to-back manufacturer warranty.
  5. Replace any legacy software or app name with CASE Connect, and name CASE Station only where a desktop step needs it.
  6. Check your own website and sales sheets for the same items, and keep CASE pricing off them: CASE pricing does not appear publicly online; you quote from private pricing behind login or a direct quote.

How to use this with your customers

When a customer or consultant names a model from an older document, explain that the line has moved on and show the current SKU with its printed rows. Quote from the current spec sheet, state the warranty by category, and keep the old model out of the proposal entirely.

FAQ

Which SKUs are new in the CASE Catalog 2027 Q1?

The CS-I8WS SD-2.8mm white-light 8MP bullet, the CS-I8US I-2.7-13.5mm white-light varifocal AI bullet and the CS-VIK 27 video intercom kit; the edition also adds CASE WiFi cameras, so ask Anabon before quoting any WiFi model. No SKU was removed. Quote the new models only from their printed rows until you have the spec sheet, and confirm the intercom kit warranty term with Anabon.

A specification names CS-N440 NHC. What do I quote?

Do not quote it; the model is not offered. Check the CS-N440 M-AI and the CS-N440 P16H-AI against the specification’s requirements, row by row, because the current models print different values. If the bid has an approval or substitution step, submit the current SKU with its spec sheet and ask Anabon for a project review if the requirement is unclear.

Why does the series letter matter so much?

One letter can change the series, housing and specs. The CS-I8WS S-2.8mm prints no white light and a −40 °F (−40 °C) low limit; the CS-I8WS SD-2.8mm prints 49 ft (15 m) white light and a −31 °F (−35 °C) low limit. A shortened SKU can lead to the wrong unit, firmware file or warranty check.

Where do I get the current spec sheet for a SKU?

Check the Download page on anabon.com for published documents, and ask Anabon through your business account or Technical Support for the current spec sheet of each SKU you quote. Keep its revision date in the job folder. The spec sheet wins over the catalog, and the catalog wins over website copy.
