Quick answer: Dealer pricing for security cameras on the CASE line is private: CASE pricing does not appear publicly online, and you receive private pricing through login, your approved business account and direct quotes. No CASE number is published for your customer to set against the quote you hand them, and partners do not publish one either.
What is the CASE pricing policy, in plain words?
The partner-facing statement is short, and it is the one to repeat to your sales team word for word:
“CASE is a channel-protected line. CASE pricing does not appear publicly online. You receive private pricing through login, your approved business account, and direct quotes — so your customer only ever sees the price you decide to quote.”
The rule behind it is equally direct: there is no public price for CASE products in any public online location, including online stores. Private pricing behind login and direct B2B quotes only. The rule applies to Anabon’s own sites and to every partner that advertises CASE products, in the US and in Canada alike.
The table shows where the policy applies in day-to-day work.
| Location | What is allowed |
|---|---|
| Public websites and product pages | No public price; use a quote or login call to action instead |
| Online stores and marketplaces | No public price; use a quote request instead |
| Ads, ad extensions and shopping feeds | No price shown at all |
| Social posts, videos and public PDFs | No price shown; no teaser numbers, no public price list |
| Public quote pages | No price shown; the page collects the request, the quote follows privately |
| Secure login and your approved business account | Private pricing for your company |
| Direct quotes from Anabon | A project-specific quote sent to you |
| Your proposal to your own customer | Your number, sent privately; never posted publicly |

What does no public pricing protect for you?
Partners ask how a pricing policy protects their margin and their specification. The full answer always has four parts:
“Four ways, all documented. Anabon is strictly B2B and never sells to your customer. CASE pricing never appears publicly, so your customer cannot find a number to beat you with. Your real pricing is private, behind login and direct quotes. And support, warranty, and project help flow through you, so the relationship stays yours.”
Your margin
When a customer can line up your proposal against a public number for each camera, the conversation turns into a line-by-line negotiation about hardware instead of a discussion about the design, the labor and the service behind it. With no public price to compare, your quote is judged as a whole system: coverage, recording, deterrence, warranty and the person who answers the phone.
Your specification
The same applies when you write a SKU into a design. If a consultant or owner specifies a CASE camera or NVR from your proposal, another bidder cannot win the job simply by finding the same SKU listed lower online. The specification work you did stays worth something, which is the point of a channel-protected line.
Your customer relationship
Anabon does not sell to end users and does not bypass the installer, including on tenders and large projects. Warranty is coordinated through you: “CASE cameras and CASE NVRs carry a 6-year warranty. CASE PTZ cameras carry a 3-year warranty. CASE accessories carry unlimited warranty. Hard drives are supported through back-to-back manufacturer warranty.” The customer comes back to you for service, and so does the next project.
How do you get private pricing?
The access answer is one sentence: “Yes — here is your access. Apply once for an approved business account, log in, and quote from your own numbers, or send the project and we return a direct quote. Public price is not your price.” In practice:
- Apply for an approved business account at account.anabon.com. Accounts are for installers, integrators, dealers, low-voltage contractors, resellers and other trade businesses in the US and Canada. The steps are in opening an Anabon business account.
- Log in for private pricing. Build your bill of materials from your own account, for everyday jobs and repeat orders.
- Send larger or unusual projects for a direct quote. Include the camera schedule, the recorder and network design, quantities and any compliance requirement from the specification.
- Ask for a project review before you commit. A review checks the design before the numbers go into your proposal. “Bring us the opportunity before you say no.”
CASE Project Series items with the CSP- prefix (explosion-proof cameras, thermal solutions, solar trailers and radars) are quoted per project, and their availability, certificates, lead time and warranty term are confirmed in writing for that project.
How do you quote a CASE job to your own customer?
Private pricing gives you room to sell the system rather than the box. A few habits keep that advantage intact:
- Present the system first: coverage plan, recording and retention, remote viewing, deterrence where specified, and the service you provide after handover.
- Write each product line with the full SKU and its printed specs, for example CS-I8XQ II-2.8mm, an 8MP turret printed with 164 ft (50 m) IR and 98 ft (30 m) white light.
- State warranty by category on the proposal, never as one blanket term, and keep hard drives on a separate line.
- Send the proposal privately to the customer. Do not post it, a screenshot of it, or a parts list with numbers on your website or social channels.
- On your own website, list CASE products with a quote request, not with a price.
- Set an expiry date on the proposal so the quote reflects current terms.
For the labor side of the quote, see how to quote security camera installation labor and value.
How do you report a public listing of CASE products?
The policy protects every partner only when listings that break it are found and reported. If you see a public price for a CASE product online, at a marketplace, on a reseller site, in an ad or in a public PDF, capture the evidence and send it to Anabon:
| Capture | Why |
|---|---|
| URL of the page or listing | Lets Anabon find the exact listing |
| SKU as shown, full spelling | Identifies the product; website spellings sometimes differ from the catalog |
| The number displayed and the date you saw it | Records what was public and when |
| Screenshot with the browser address bar visible | Evidence if the listing changes later |
| Seller name as shown | Helps identify the account behind the listing |
Send the report through your account contact or contact us. Anabon follows up on reported listings under its channel rules; the reporting partner does not need to contact the seller. Report any public CASE listing that shows a number, and let Anabon check it against the policy.
How to use this with your customers
When a customer asks why they cannot look the camera up online, say: “CASE is a professional line sold through installers. It is not sold to end users, and its pricing never appears in public. Our quote covers the design, the equipment, the installation and the service, and warranty on your system goes through us.” If the customer shows you a number found online, ask for the link and report it; do not adjust your design to chase it.
FAQ
Can I show a price for CASE products on my website or online store?
No. CASE pricing does not appear publicly online. Ads, shopping feeds and extensions show no price at all. List CASE products on your site with a quote request instead. You receive private pricing through login, your approved business account and direct quotes.
Who can get private pricing for the CASE line?
Installers, integrators, dealers, low-voltage contractors, alarm and security companies, resellers and other trade businesses in the US and Canada can apply for an approved business account. Private pricing is available after approval, through login and direct quotes. Anabon does not sell to end users, so property owners buying for their own building are referred to an installer.
Do I need a business account to get a direct quote?
Direct quotes are for trade partners, so start by applying for an approved business account. Once you are approved, you can log in for everyday private pricing or send a project for a direct quote with the camera schedule, recorder and network design, quantities and any compliance requirement. Project Series items are always quoted per project.
What should I do if a customer shows me a lower number online?
Ask for the link, capture a screenshot with the date, and report it to Anabon with the URL, the SKU as shown and the seller name. Then return to the system conversation: your quote covers design, installation, warranty routing and service. Anabon follows up on reported listings under its channel rules; you do not need to contact the seller.
Is a proposal I email to my customer a public listing?
No. A proposal sent privately to your own customer is a direct quotation and is how CASE jobs are sold. It becomes a problem only if it is posted publicly, for example on a website, a social channel or a public download page. Keep proposals private and set an expiry date on each one.
