Notes 1. NO exact quantity is given in the RFP.
The City will decide which school zones are approved after traffic studies.

2. Commodity:
– Video Camera-Recorders, Accessories and Parts (Portable Type)
– Radar Instruments, Traffic Enforcement Type (Including Laser Speed Measuring, Ranging Devices and Radar Instruments equipped w/Cameras)

– Video Capturing Devices Connected to Computers or Computer Networks, (Web Cameras)

3. The contractor must supply all hardware, including cameras, radar/LiDAR, poles, and cabinets, and install fully automated fixed systems. Each system must measure speed using radar or LiDAR and produce two images and one video per violation, showing the vehicle, the flashing beacon, and a clear license plate (make, model, color identifiable, no glare issues). Systems must support up to four lanes, be programmable to school schedules, and record all required data (date, time, location, speed) to verify the violation.
