Exact camera/intercom counts not included in the RFP (plans/specs must be requested by email to Jimmy Russell) under the following conditions: The main office be located in North Carolina and within 2 hours driving distance of Burlington NC 2. Electronic bids will not be accepted. 3. Pre-bid Event Location: Alexander Wilson Elementary located at 2518 NC 54, Graham, NC 27253 4. Bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on November 25, 2025 in the Operations Department Conference room. The address: 1712 Vaughn Road, Burlington, NC 27217. 5. Scope of Work: CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE CABLE, TERMINATE, PROGRAM AND TEST A COMPLETE ACCESS CONTROL AND CAMERA SYSTEM BASED ON THE INTENT OF THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS. THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING SHALL RECEIVE A 2N VIDEO INTERCOM/CARD READER WITH GRAND STREAM MASTER STATION. |
