| Notes | 1. Scope of work: page 10 and price list: pages 17 , 18 2. Camera locations: pages 83,84 3. All work shall be completed by September 1, 2025. A $500/day penalty charge will be assessed if the contractor does not meet the specified final completion date. 4. Bids will remain firm for sixty (60) days following the opening of proposal 5. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a licensed surety company, or a Certified check, or a Treasurer’s or Cashier’s check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the base bid payable to the Town of West Springfield 6. A Payment bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price will be required of the Successful Contractor. 7. Warranty: 1 year 8. If this bid is accepted, within 60 days from the date of opening to provide and furnish any and all items upon which prices are quoted, at the price set opposite each item. |
