| Scope of Work | Providing fire and security monitoring, access control, video surveillance and other related services for KCDC’s properties and offices. Mostly monitored alarms are in the office areas (and certain other common areas) at its properties. Additionally, KCDC is seeking proposals for the provision of license plate readers and other specialty equipment or services as needed at its sites. Services will be for a one year period with four one year optional renewals. |
