| Scope of Work | Supply and installation of new CCTV cameras and local NVRs for the central and southeast zones of UPEI campus; integrate with Cisco network and centralized management server. Deliverables must meet ITSS cybersecurity and network standards; minimum 4 MP @ 12 FPS, 24/7 recording, 15-day storage ( RAID ). |

The current configuration of the CCTV cameras, combined with VMS platform and video being processed on three different platforms, has some issues: e.g. Previous manufacturers have used re-branded Chinese made CCTV cameras with a high level of cyber security vulnerabilities and are not enterprise-level systems.
