Scope of Work Installation of a complete turnkey system, which must include all necessary components, such as parts, labor, and services. Proposals should detail the scope of work, covering the procurement and installation of required equipment, as well as any necessary licenses and permits to ensure compliance with local regulations.

2. System Requirements:
• Cameras with IR illumination to provide high-quality video feeds both during the day and night
• Centralized Management system on-premises via IP Network protocols to a central server in one
of our existing Data Centers
• AI-Power Analytics to provide notifications via email or text message to specified users when a
vehicle or person is detected.
o Notifications should be capable of being scheduled during specified day and time
periods. The schedule should be able to be changed as needed with minimal effort by
either the End Users or the System Administrators at the City of Bowling Green.
• Scalability: The system should be scalable and allow for expansion
• Enhanced Data Security: Systems should employ end-to-end encryption to protect sensitive
video data during transmission and storage, ensuring compliance with current and future
regulations.
• System should be able to perform on a single POE++ capable network switch, provided by the
City of Bowling Green, at each remote site.
• General Camera Requirements:
o 1 interior fisheye camera to provide coverage of the interior of the City-operated
structure on site
o Exterior coverage as designed by the bidder to provide coverage of the exterior of each
site based on the site guidelines in subsequent sections.

3. AI Camera Requirements
• Cameras must include a 7-year advanced replacement warranty provided by the manufacturer.
• AI-Powered Analytics for People Detection must include the following;
o Age Range Detection
o Gender Detection
o Hat
o Glasses
o Hair Type and Color
o Top Type and Color
o Bottom Type and Color
o Bag Color
o Shoe Color
• AI-Powered Analytics for Vehicle
o Vehicle Type
o Vehicle Color
o Vehicle Direction
• Outdoor cameras must be able to support LPR (State and Number), Make, and Model on the
edge.

4. The City will acknowledge receipt of all proposals at a public opening thereupon or about 10:05 a.m. CT via an online Lifesize meeting. The Lifesize meeting link is https://call.lifesizecloud.com/22870418. The passcode is 1017#. No cost information will be announced. Proposals must be received by the designated date and time and none will be considered thereafter.

5. Any additional questions may be submitted to the City of Bowling Green Procurement Manager.

6. All proposals must be turned in to the Procurement Manager’s Office, City Hall Annex, 1017 College Street, Bowling Green, KY, no later than 10:00 a.m. CT on date of proposal opening. Proposals cannot be accepted at any other location.
