Notes 1. The purpose of this proposal is for the purchase Surveillance Equipment & Installation and on-site installation of surveillance equipment and repairs.
2. Multiple-award RFP (valid through Dec 31 2026).
3. Vendors must upload full price list or catalog with La Joya ISD discounted pricing.
4. All bidders must hold Texas State licenses and insurance (Worker’s Comp 100/500/100, General Liability $1 M per occurrence, Auto Liability $300 K).
5.The bid is “catalog-based,” meaning they will evaluate your entire price list.

7. SAMPLES: A sample may be called for as part of the bid evaluation. Samples and layout drawings of fabricated items, when required, must be furnished free of
expense to the District within five (5) days of the date of request. Each sample must be marked with vendor’s name, address, bid number and line item number.
Samples shall be sent to the District at the address indicated on the solicitation. If samples are not used or destroyed in testing, they must be claimed by the
vendor within thirty days from date of notification or they will become the property of the District.
