2. Detailed scope
– Complete replacement of existing video equipment system and associated components.
– Supply and install new equipment using a phased approach.

3. Mandatory Requirement M1
Supplier must provide two (2) reference projects within the last 5 years related to security camera system replacement.
Failure → disqualification.

4. Submission method
Only via SAP Ariba → email/fax NOT accepted.

5. Work completion requirement
Contractor must complete the work within 16 weeks after acceptance.

6. Document language
May be submitted in English or French.
